For a school plan, educational innovation or consultation with the professional field, one dialogue lets you hear many stakeholders at once, in their own words and with their own ideas.
The occasion Participation in education
Student councils and panels are valuable, but reach only a small share of those involved. A survey shows what people think, but not why.
In an anonymous dialogue, students, teachers or partners from the professional field respond to each other's ideas. That way you discover what is broadly supported and where groups think differently.
The approach 3 steps
We guide every step. What we mainly ask of you is substance: two meetings beforehand and a co-moderator during the session.
Together we decide the question and which groups should take part, such as students, teachers or the professional field.
Participants take part anonymously, respond to each other's ideas and vote on what they consider important.
You see per group what is broadly supported and can use the outcome in plans and accountability.
