A plan is only truly tested in implementation. Ask the people who work with it what helps and what chafes, and see which adjustments are broadly supported.
The occasion Adjusting implementation
Once a change has started, attention shifts to planning and progress. What happens on the shop floor reaches you late and filtered.
A dialogue halfway through shows what is going well, where it gets stuck and which adjustments receive the most support. You adjust based on insight, not assumptions.
The approach 3 steps
We guide every step. What we mainly ask of you is substance: two meetings beforehand and a co-moderator during the session.
Together we decide when an interim dialogue will deliver the most and who should take part.
Participants anonymously share what they see in implementation and vote on each other's experiences and proposals.
The outcome shows which adjustments are broadly supported, so you can adjust in a targeted way.
Curious what participants see on their screen during the session?
