Culture lives in day-to-day practice. Let employees anonymously say what is going well and what could be better, and discover which improvements many people share.
The occasion Culture and collaboration
There are plenty of opinions about culture and collaboration, but few shared pictures. What is discussed in management does not always match what employees experience.
In an anonymous dialogue, employees respond to each other's experiences. You see which patterns are widely recognised and which improvements gain support.
The approach 3 steps
We guide every step. What we mainly ask of you is substance: two meetings beforehand and a co-moderator during the session.
Together we make the question concrete, for example about collaboration between departments or about what makes good work possible.
Employees anonymously share their experiences and vote on what they recognise.
The outcome shows which patterns and ideas are broadly supported, as a basis for concrete agreements.
