Philips P&A, a division of Philips Consumer Lifestyle, used an innovative way to engage employees worldwide to build support for the strategy, goals and management agenda for two consecutive years. In three sessions held on the same day, Philips P&A received 2500 comments from 600 employees worldwide. The feedback enabled Philips P&A to adapt their strategy and formulate specific targets that are recognised and supported by the staff.
