Synthetron facilitates discussions with international students of Inholland about the X factor to get the best possible job.

Synthetron facilitated on-line discussions with Dutch and international students of Inholland (the largest college in the Netherlands with 11 locations and 35.000 students) about the ‘X factor’ in scoring the best possible job. On this day 3000 students from Inholland in Rotterdam and many local and international companies met in workshops and presentations. But how do you make the unforgettable impression on companies in order to get the best job possible?

In an on-line Synthetron discussion students discussed with each other how to prepare yourself, make the best impression and have the best interview. And, importantly for companies who want to hire the best people, what do students expect from employers today.
