Synthetron case in online retailing presented at Dutch Marketing conference Print
Frans Melenhorst, Customer Marketing Manager of Wehkamp, the largest online retailer in the Netherlands, presented a marketing development project in which online Synthetron discussions played an important role.

The use of Synthetron enabled Wehkamp to use a national sample for quality research in which concepts and active Internet surfing was combined with feedback in Synthetron. Read more about the setup and results in the case study.

The presentation took place at the largest Dutch Marketing conference, called MIE (see www.marketinginformationevent.nl) .
