marketing gets feedback from sales

Synthetron helped marketing departments to effective listen to and engage sales forces in the development of their marketing plans. In Synthetron discussions with wide spread sales force of country or region, marketing  tested  alignment on the main marketing propositions, verify some initial hypothesis and identify well ahead of roll out concerns around obstacles, adjustments and advice on positioning and communication.

In Synthetron discussions with the wide spread local marketing teams the direction of the plan and its outgoing assumptions were discussed and challenged in a very efficient way. The plan was revised to take into account some of  these regional considerations and the roll out could count on locally engaged marketing.

Synthetron helped a supply chain organisation in a world wide discussion involving the 100 competent managers to identify the most important hotspots in a discussion that was structured  interface by interface.
