Our 3H Model

From the analysis of >8000 synthetrons we’ve learned that CHANGE is about aligning the Heart, the Head and the Hands.  Weakness in one cannot be compensated by strengthening others.

Head

The conviction to changeWhat do they hear and think?Are they convinced of the need for change, the vision, the plan? What is their analysis?

Heart

The desire to changeWhat do they  see, feel and want?Are they triggered by a story, by  examples? What is their  mindset? Buzz words? What behaviour change is driving the change?

Hands

The capacity to changeWhat do they  experience?Are they capable? Do they have the  necessary new organization, competen-ces, budgets, processes, products.

Synthetron’s methodology is using this 3H model extensively to provide management and leaders insight in what their employees or stakeholders think, feel, experience and want, with the use of a well-developed script of questions. Each H has its own kind of questions.
