A powerful bond with a future, needs a strong association in which members can join and participate in decisions. The key word here is ‘connecting’. The Dutch union FNV therefore experiments with new forms of participation. On 21st of September hundreds of members will talk to each other, via the Synthetron dialogue platform, on the question: What do you think is a visible and recognizable bond? Watch the movie.
